Eva car case

Long time ago, there was company “Eva Car. This employer was the one making little electric vehicles that stored our surroundings cleanup. Eva Case wanted the world to be cleaner — specifically, she did NOT want harmful gases that make air dirty and hard to breathe. Thousands of angry dad-yell emails later, they were in a giant fight with the huge car company Tesla over designs for their cars.

In the broadest sense, intellectual property is anything that some identifies as an idea or creation and it belongs to someone. When you draw a picture at school or write an alone-story; thats your creation and its important to you. Eva Car went to great lengths to deliver a different design based on the belief that their small electric cars were unique. But following the launch of their latest car sales in China, they found out Tesla was also offering similar looking cars in China. This left Eva Car feeling like they were not being valued for their hard work.

The Battle for the Future of Electric Cars

Different from the normal cars, it runs on electricity instead of gasoline. It means they power their motors using energy stored in batteries rather than fuel and that because of this, electric cars are cleaner to drive on than regular gasoline based vehicles. For our planet and all of its inhabitants, the importance of cleaner air cannot be overstated. Electric cars on the other hand are very difficult and costly to build. Tesla are one of a few big car companies trying to make electric cars work even better and be less expensive so people will buy them. This is a huge challenge as they are looking to keep their cars of lower price and eco-friendly at the same time.

Eva Car said Tesla had imitated their design of the tiny electric car This would have upset them very much and they decided to take Tesla to the court in order to protect their ideas. They had a great desire just to sell out of their showroom inventory without them being copied by Tesla. Tesla, for their part said they had copied nothing from the Eva Car car and that it was different enough not to be called a copycat. The disagreement went to court, with both sides each making their case.
